Our Cleanliness Testing Laboratory includes:
- Class 100,000 HEPA-filtered clean room for gravimetric testing.
- Advanced Leica and Zeiss microscopes.
- Filtrex software for automated X- and Y-axis particle sizing
- Manual Z-axis sizing
- Identification of metallic and non-metallic particles and fibers
- Detection down to 2.5 microns
- Exceeds the 5-micron minimum for ISO 16232 Size Class B
